The safe anchoring of skylines for long distance ropeways and tower yarders is a necessary but time-consuming and labor-intensive procedure. Our STRATOS® Extension makes this procedure way more economical and ergonomic.
Unlike STRATOS® Anchor, STRATOS® Extension can be looped directly around trees, resulting in high tensile and frictional loads. Our patented STRATOS® Extension kernmantle rope was engineered specifically for such demanding scenarios and provides maximum robustness and longevity.
It is delivered on wooden reels with two stainless steel thimbles (eye stiffeners) including splices.
