The first Val Senales Glacier Cable Car inaugurated in 1975 was a pioneering work. After nearly 50 years, regulations mandated a general overhaul, including replacement of the support ropes and all rotating elements. That is why the Val Senales Glacier Funivie Val Senales Spa decided to build a new Cable Car Glaciers.

Thanks to the close cooperation that over the years has been increasingly established, the company Doppelmayr Italia, has again decided to rely on the ropes produced by TEUFELBERGER - REDAELLI in our factory in Gardone Val Trompia (BS).

Therefore, in September 2023 we delivered the 4 Carrying Ropes in 3 Layers diam 54 mm, with a Gross Weight of 44 Ton. each plus the Hercules Rope diam. 30 mm as signal rope (9 Ton.) and lastly the Rescue Rope with a Redmont 619 Rope diam. 19 mm. of 6 Ton.
