When operating Mobile Harbor Cranes the most important aspects for terminal- operators are safety and efficiency during the loading and unloading of vessels. Demands on hoist and closing ropes in terms of resistance to external influences are particularly high when materials are not transported in containers. The PLASTFILL® technology protects the core from corrosion and outer influences, thus making the hoist and closing ropes for mobile harbor cranes in grab operation safe and reliable throughout their service lives. These rope constructions are available either galvanized or bright, as required.
