What you will learn at Teufelberger as an Operations logistics clerk
As an operations logistics specialist, you will be integrated into the daily processes and tasks of logistics from the very beginning.
You start your apprenticeship directly in the logistics department, where you learn the basics at the beginning. At the same time, you also go to vocational school. In the company, you can then put what you've learned into practice right away. After the initial training phase, you will also correspond and work with our internal departments and suppliers. Gradually, you will acquire knowledge in invoicing, quotation preparation, shipping, transport and intralogistics and will be given tasks that you can handle independently and on your own responsibility. During your apprenticeship, you will gain a good understanding of the company structures and interrelationships.

Teufelberger apprentices are also frequently assigned to special projects, such as charity campaigns or climate projects. The further training days, where you travel out of town with the other apprentices, also provide variety.

After your theoretical introductory phase - getting to know our products, production sites and organizations – you will take on independent tasks and work in a team very early on. There are 18 colleagues in the entire logistics department We also train industrial clerks. These apprentices rotate through different departments, so there may be times when there are two of you in a department. In the case of cross-departmental joint projects, you will also be in contact with other apprentices. The main contact person for you is a trainer, colleague and confidant. Other team members are also on board during your training. We treat each other as equals during training and cooperation. You attend the vocational school in Ried im Innkreis, 1-2 times a week or in a 10-week block. In the office you have a 38.5 hour week and flextime.
